Ge Aviation - Genpact

Our place is B-53, Ishaan-2, right across from the Karnavati Club. We are located on the SG Highway in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty well-known part of town. The office is in a good spot because there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been here for a bit, handling different bits and pieces of aviation-related work and support for Genpact. It’s a professional environment but we don't go overboard with the corporate style. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. The SG Highway is always busy, so we hear the cars going by all day long. Our team is a mix of people who have lived in Ahmedabad for a long time and some who just moved here recently. We focus on getting the tasks done right. If there’s a problem with a report or a bit of data, we just sit down and fix it together. There aren't many fancy meetings; we usually just talk across the desks to get things sorted. We like the Satellite area because it’s easy for everyone to get to from different parts of the city. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a solid place to work and we take pride in being reliable. If you are driving down the highway past the club, you are right near us.
