Garden City Cabs

Garden City Cabs is based right in BTM 1st Stage, specifically on 20th Main near Gangothri Circle. If you know that area, you know it can get pretty crowded, which is why we chose it. It puts us right in the middle of where people need to move. Our office is on 7th A cross, and it is usually just a place where we manage the bookings and talk to the drivers when they are between trips. We do not have anything fancy going on here. It is mostly just phones ringing and checking the logs to see who is available. Most of the work involves making sure someone is there when a customer calls for a ride to the airport at four in the morning. We have been doing this long enough to know the shortcuts around BTM and how to avoid the worst of the traffic when possible. It is a straightforward business without any big secrets or complex systems. We have a set of drivers who have been with us for a long time, and they know the city like the back of their hand. People around here recognize our name because they see the cars parked nearby or they have used us for years. We do not go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just try to answer the phone and get a car to the door when someone needs to get somewhere.
