Our building is at 84/5 in the Pappiah Reddy Layout, on the SGR College Main Road. It’s in the Munnakolala area of Marathahalli. This part of Bangalore is always packed with people and traffic because of all the tech parks nearby. We’ve been here for a while, providing a place for people to stay or work out of. The building is a standard layout for this area, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we have rooms and spaces that we try to keep clean and functional. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s quieter back here than right on the main road. We see a lot of people coming in for short stays or just passing through for work. The staff is mostly local people who know the neighborhood well. We don't have a five-star lobby or a massive staff, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb needs changing, and we just handle it as it comes. It feels more like a home than a big hotel. We have some plants out front that we try to keep alive despite the dust. It’s just a simple place in a very busy part of the city. We do our best to make sure people have what they need without any extra fluff or unnecessary costs. It gets noisy at night with the city sounds, but that's just Marathahalli for you. We keep going day by day.
