Gangotree

We are located at 4108, High Point, on Palace Road in Bangalore. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices and shops. Our spot is pretty straightforward. We spend our mornings getting everything ready before the office crowd starts pouring in. Palace Road always has cars honking and people rushing around, so it feels like you're right in the middle of everything. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The interior isn't anything special to look at, just a place where people can sit down for a bit. We get a lot of regulars who work in the nearby buildings. They come in for a quick bite or something to drink. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so people have to take the stairs. We try to keep things moving fast because nobody in Bangalore has much time to spare. Our staff is mostly local guys who’ve been with us for a bit. We don't use any fancy tech for ordering, just pen and paper usually. It gets a bit cramped when it rains and everyone tries to squeeze inside at once. We just focus on the food and making sure the counters are wiped down. It's a basic operation, no frills or extra stuff. We’re just here from morning until evening, trying to keep up with the pace of the city.
