You can find us over at Century Water Apart in Serenity Layout, which is tucked away near Kaikondra Halli on Sarjapur Road. We are in unit S4. It’s a bit of a trek to get here sometimes because Sarjapur Road traffic is legendary in Bangalore, but once you are inside the layout, it is actually pretty quiet. Ganges Technologies is basically a small group of us working out of this apartment space. We like it because it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got our computers set up and a table where we eat our lunch. Most days are just spent working through tech tasks and occasionally complaining about the commute. The Serenity Layout name is actually quite fitting most of the time, especially in the afternoons when it gets really still outside. We don’t have a sales team or anyone in suits. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we walk down towards Kaikondra Halli lake if we need some fresh air after staring at code all day. The 560035 pin code is where we’ve settled for now, and it works for what we need. It’s a very hands-on environment where everyone just pitches in on whatever needs to be done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, so you really have to look for S4 to find us.
