Gangadharappa G N. 14 Indira Nagar Behind Manipal Hospital. I am tucked away behind Manipal Hospital in Indira Nagar. It is a very busy part of town because of the hospital, so there are always ambulances and cars moving around. My place is at number 14. It is a bit quieter once you get behind the main hospital building, which I am thankful for. I spend my days here handling whatever comes across my desk. Indira Nagar has changed so much since I first started, with all these new shops and cafes popping up everywhere. But back here, it still feels a bit like the old days. My office is a small space, just enough for a desk, a few chairs, and my files. I don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People usually find me because they were told where to look. I start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. By the afternoon, the street gets crowded with people visiting the hospital. I can hear the sounds of the city all day long. It is a good spot for work though, because everything you need is close by. I usually stay until late evening, finishing up whatever paperwork is left. It is just a regular job and a regular life here. I like the people who come by, they are usually hardworking folks just like me. We keep things moving and don't make a big fuss about it. That is just how I like to work.
