Ganesh Bhat Y H is based over at 22 Kumara Park on Yamunabai Road. We are situated on the 1st Floor of the building called Steer Well Chambers. Kumara Park is a pretty well-known area, so most people don't have too much trouble finding the street. Yamunabai Road itself is usually lined with parked scooters and cars. Steer Well Chambers has that solid, older look to it. Our space on the first floor is where we spend the bulk of our week. It is a standard office environment with the usual sounds of typing and people talking. We have a small corner for making tea, which is where we end up hanging out during breaks. The windows look out onto the trees, which is a nice change from just seeing concrete. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road drifts in, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have any big corporate vibes here. It is more about getting the tasks done and keeping things moving. The landlord is a decent fellow who checks in once in a while. We have some old chairs that are still comfortable enough for a long day. It feels like a lived-in space because it is. We have our little routines and the way we like things set up. It works for us and the people we deal with. It is just our corner of the world.
