Gammon India Ltd

In Bangalore, Gammon India Ltd has this office at House No. 199 on the first floor. It is tucked away in a part of the city that is always busy. If you know the 560068 area, you know how the traffic can get around the junction. We usually get in early to beat the worst of it. The office itself is just a regular floor in a building. It feels more like a house because of the structure and the way the rooms are laid out. We have desks set up and computers running most of the day. There is always someone on the phone or looking over a set of prints on the big table. It is not one of those glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It is more grounded and practical. We have been here for a bit, and the neighbors are used to us by now. We handle various tasks related to the construction projects around Karnataka from here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files coming in, but we manage somehow. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we mostly bring lunch from home or grab something from the local shops downstairs. It is a straightforward place for straightforward work. No one wears suits much here; it is mostly just comfortable clothes for a long day. We just focus on getting the tasks finished and keeping the records straight for the head office.
