We're based in Srirampuram, at the Dorai Apartments on 3rd Cross. It's number 36. Galactus Funware Technology Private Limited is the name on the door, but we’re just a small group of people working on software and games. Srirampuram is an old part of Bangalore with a lot of character. We like being here instead of one of those sterile IT parks. The apartment is where all the work happens. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the computers and wires, but we make it work. We don't have a HR department or a big management structure. We just talk to each other across the room. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend a lot of time testing things and seeing what works. There’s no script for how we do things. We just figure it out as we go. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the cross for some tea. The neighbors know us as the tech guys in apartment 36. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make things that people enjoy using. It’s a simple goal. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then we fix it. That's how we’ve always operated. It’s just a normal daily routine for us in this part of town. We keep it real and stay busy without making a big deal out of it. It works for us.
