Gajadhar Technosys Llp

Our office is over at Divyasree Chambers on O'Shaugnessy Road. It's the A-Wing, number 11. Gajadhar Technosys Llp has been based here in the middle of Bangalore for a while now. This area is pretty central, so there's always something going on outside. The building is shared with a few other companies, but we mostly keep to ourselves in our corner. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you’re not used to the hallways. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the technical tasks we have for the day. It’s a mix of different people here, some who’ve been around since the start and a few newer faces. We usually eat lunch together at one of the small places nearby. The traffic on O'Shaugnessy Road can get pretty loud, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just takes care of it. It’s a practical way to run things. We work on software and systems mostly. We don't have any scripted lines to tell people. We just tell them what we're doing and how long it’ll take. That’s how we like to operate. Being in the A-wing gives us a bit of a routine. Every morning we come in, check the lists, and get started. It’s just a normal job in a busy city. We try to be helpful and stay out of the way.
