Gaea Engineers & Contractors

We've been at 121 Chamrajpet for a while now. It’s a busy area and the noise from the street usually comes right into the office. We do engineering and contracting work. Most days it’s just us looking at drawings or talking to people about their building plans. The space isn't fancy. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the chairs are getting a bit old. Chamrajpet is one of those places where everyone knows everyone. We get a lot of people just dropping by because they saw the sign. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the construction stays on track. It gets dusty, especially with the windows open, but that’s just how it is here. Some days the traffic outside is so bad you can’t hear yourself think, but we manage to get the work done. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work close to home. It’s mostly just making sure the materials arrive and the workers know what they are doing for the day. Nothing too complicated, just plain old building work. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to greet you, usually you just find one of us in the back room. If you come by, you’ll probably see the old scooter parked outside. It’s been there for years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure things get built right around here.
