G4S Facility Services

G4S Facility Services is located at a spot near Chennasandra in Bangalore. We are right opposite MVJ Engineering College, in a place looked after by Kusuma. It is a busy corner of the city, especially with all the students from the college nearby. Our office is more of a hub for coordinating people. We have staff going out to different buildings all over the area to handle security and cleaning and things like that. Most of the time, the office is a bit of a revolving door with people coming in to pick up their uniforms or sign their timesheets. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters. It is a functional space with some simple wooden tables and a few metal cupboards for keeping records. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone showed up for their shift. It can be a bit of a headache when someone calls in sick at the last minute, but we always find a way to cover it. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just make sure the doors are locked and the floors are swept at the places we look after. It is honest, everyday work that keeps us busy from early morning until late at night. Most of our team lives close by, so we have a good sense of the neighborhood and the people around here.
