Our office is located at 205 A 136 Residency Road. It’s right at the 9th Cross in Marena Halli Palya, inside Cears Plaza. Residency Road is always a bit of a mess with cars and people, but it’s a central spot. G S A Eta Travel Agency has been in this building for some time now. We aren't a huge multinational company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team sitting at our desks with computers and phones. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another. Travel can be complicated these days with all the rules and changes, so we just try to make it a bit simpler for whoever walks in. Cears Plaza is a busy building with lots of other offices, so there is always something going on. We don't have any flashy posters or big screens. Just our desks and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit frantic, but we manage. We like the 9th Cross area because there are good places to grab a quick lunch. We are just regular people working a travel desk, trying to do a decent job for the folks who come to see us.
