G R D Informatics

G R D Informatics is tucked away in Basaveshwara Nagar. We are located in the 3rd Stage on the 1st Main, at number 22. This is a fairly residential area, which we like because it’s not as chaotic as the city center. Our office is a simple setup in a regular building. We don't have a big lobby or a nameplate in gold. It’s just a place where we do our informatics work and handle data. There are a few of us here, and we’ve mostly been working together for a long time. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look bigger than we are. People usually find out about us from word of mouth. The building is older, so it has some quirks like a squeaky door and windows that don't always stay open, but it’s a comfortable place for us. Parking on the 1st Main is usually okay, which is a relief compared to other parts of Bangalore. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a quiet, steady way to run things. We aren't chasing huge growth, just happy with our routine. That is pretty much us.
