G Net Technologies

I opened G Net Technologies on the ground floor of building nineteen on Shanthi Road. Being in Shanthi Nagar is nice because it’s a central spot. The office isn't very big. It’s mostly filled with desks and a lot of tangled cables that I keep meaning to organize properly. We do a lot of troubleshooting here. People bring in their computers or call about their internet not working. Sometimes I’m out at someone’s house fixing a router while the other guys stay back to handle the walk-ins. It gets pretty warm in here during the summer, even with the fan going full blast. We’ve got a small fridge for cold drinks which helps a lot. My brother helps me with the technical stuff. He’s better at the software side while I like taking things apart. Shanthi Road is always buzzing with people going to work. We see the same faces every day. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We have mismatched chairs and a clock that’s five minutes fast. Sometimes we stay late because a job takes longer than we thought. It’s just how it goes with technology. You think it’s one thing and it turns out to be something else entirely. We just keep at it until it’s fixed. It’s a steady way to spend the day, even if the floor gets covered in dust from all the hardware we move around. We are just regular people fixing regular problems.
