G K Enterprises sits right in the middle of the noise at Banashankari K S Market 2640. If you have ever been to the market, you know it is just people shouting and carts moving everywhere. Our place is small and the shelves are always overflowing with stock. We handle a bit of everything and there is never a quiet moment from the time we pull up the shutters in the morning. We do not have a fancy website or a reception desk. It is just us behind the counter, trying to find what people need in the middle of all the boxes. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We know the other guys in the market and we usually spend our breaks chatting with the neighbors about how business is going. It gets very hot in the afternoons and our little table fan does not do much, but we just keep going. People come in looking for specific items and we do our best to dig them out from the back of the store. It is a simple life of buying and selling. By the time we close up, we are usually covered in dust and ready to go home, but it is good to be part of the market.
