Our place is at 9 BTM 2nd Stage, pretty close to the Reliance Mart. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with shoppers and traffic. We mostly deal with camera setups and all the wires that go with them. The office is usually filled with rolls of cable and different kinds of mounting brackets. We spend a lot of time looking at monitors to make sure the feeds are clear. It isn't a big operation, just a few of us making sure the gear works. Sometimes we are out on a ladder and other times we are just here at the desk. The space feels a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we manage. We’ve seen BTM change a lot over the years from our spot near the mart. People drop in to ask about DVRs or why their screen is fuzzy. We don't use any complicated talk, just tell them what needs plugging in. It is a lot of troubleshooting and testing out connections. The back room is where we keep the spare parts and the tools we use every day. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We just keep the shop open and take things as they come. It is just a local business trying to stay on top of the work.
