Futura Technology

We’re based out of Chandan Navyanivas in Madivala, Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know Madivala is always moving. It’s crowded and loud, but it has a lot of energy. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for the team at Futura Technology to get through the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, as you might expect. The building itself is okay, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We usually have lunch at one of the small places nearby because the food is good and cheap. Traffic around here is pretty bad during rush hour, so most of us try to leave early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We’ve got a few plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to be holding on. It’s a very casual environment here. We don’t go in for fancy titles or complicated rules. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just handles it. We’ve been at this address for some time now. You see the same faces every day, both in the office and out on the street. Madivala has a way of growing on you after a while. It’s not the quietest place to work, but there’s always something happening. We just focus on what we have to do and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a pretty simple way to spend the work week, but it works for us.
