We share the same building as some other companies at No. 40/1 A, Basappa Complex on Lavelle Road. Our spot is on the 3rd floor, which is where we run Futur Innovative Technologies Privatelimited. It’s a central location, so it makes it easy for us to get around the city, even if the traffic on Lavelle Road is a nightmare most days. The office is just a regular room with several desks and a lot of wires running across the floor. We aren't very big on aesthetics; we just need a place that works for what we do. There isn't a fancy lobby or a person at the front to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and see everyone busy at their computers. We don't use any corporate lingo or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team of local workers who focus on the technology side because that's what we know. Some days are stressful when things don't work the way they should, but we just keep at it until we figure it out. We don't have a polished story to tell about our beginnings. We just rented this space and started working. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the kitchen area is usually full of half-empty mugs, but it feels real. We like it this way because it’s practical and honest. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of Bangalore where we spend our time.
