Our office is right on Station Road in Bommanahalli, tucked into number 54/2. It’s a busy little place, especially in the mornings when the phones start ringing for bus bookings or when someone needs a car to get to the airport. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we check the availability on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask customers to wait a few minutes while we refresh the screen. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of local trips and sometimes longer ones if someone wants to take their family out for the weekend. The map on the wall is getting a bit old now but it still works for showing people the routes. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the neighborhood who know us by name. We don't spend money on big ads, we just keep the doors open and talk to whoever walks in. It’s mostly about making sure the drivers know where they’re going and that the paperwork is filed away correctly in the folders behind the desk. It’s just us here, trying to get people where they need to go without too much fuss or extra cost.
