Our office is over at 51/3 in Kothandaram Layout, tucked away on the Second Cross near Osborne Road. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't used to the Bangalore streets. We do a lot of the logistical stuff that keeps things moving behind the scenes. There’s always someone on the phone or writing something down on a clipboard. We deal with trucks and moving goods, so the place is usually a bit chaotic with papers and schedules. It’s not a shiny corporate building with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we sit and figure out how to get things from one place to another. The traffic on Osborne Road can be a real headache in the afternoons, but we manage. Most of the staff has been here long enough that they know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. We keep a pot of tea going usually to keep everyone moving through the long shifts. It’s the kind of business where you’re always waiting for a delivery or checking where a driver has reached on his route. We’ve been operating out of this part of Bangalore for quite some time now. It is a decent area even if it gets crowded with all the new construction. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the logs are updated correctly. Nothing too complicated, just a lot of coordination and hoping the roads stay clear enough for the morning trucks to get out on time.
