Our office is on the 2nd floor at No 104 here in Bangalore. It is a pretty straightforward place where we spend our hours looking at maps and booking trips for people. Frontier Holidays is basically a group of us who enjoy talking about different places to visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport companies trying to figure out the best routes. It’s not a very big office, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of travel brochures delivered. We have a couple of old desks, and the tea kettle is usually the most popular spot in the room. People come up to the second floor to ask us about their holiday plans, and we just tell them what we know based on what’s actually available. We don't use any of those big sales pitches; we just look at the dates and see what works for their budget. The 560010 area is quite busy, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We deal with a lot of paperwork and visa forms, which can be a bit of a headache, but it’s just part of the job. Most of us have lived here in Karnataka our whole lives, so we know the local spots well. We just stay busy keeping the plans moving for everyone.
