Frontier Group

Frontier Group is located out in Channapatna, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from Bangalore, but it’s home for us. We are in the Hanumaiah Compound, right on the 4th Cross Extension. The Ramanagaram district has its own pace, and things move a bit differently here than they do in the bigger cities. If you’ve ever looked for us, you know the compound can be a little tricky to navigate if it’s your first time visiting. There’s a lot of activity in this area, with the toy makers and other small workshops around. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a practical space where we spend our mornings sorting through orders and making sure the day-to-day operations are running okay. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Mostly, it’s just us working through the lists and chatting with the neighbors. The 4th Cross can get a bit narrow when there are deliveries being made, so you have to watch where you park. It’s a decent place to work, though. We’ve got enough room for what we need, and the local tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during the afternoon slump. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and we know everyone around here. It feels right being part of this local community in Channapatna rather than being in some sterile office park. We just take it day by day.
