Our office is located at number 3 Wood Street in Ashok Nagar. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easier for us to get around. The building has been our base for a long time. It’s got that old-school feel to it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper. We haven't really gone fully digital yet, so there are files everywhere. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to tell us how to dress. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. We get in early to beat the traffic and usually end up staying until the sun goes down. Ashok Nagar is a nice area, though parking can be a real pain if you arrive late. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small team. We don't do those big corporate retreats or anything. We just work. Sometimes we go out for tea together at the corner shop. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do what we can and try to stay honest with everyone. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us out of trouble. We like the stability of this place and the people who walk through our doors every day. It's been a long journey, but we're happy with how things have turned out.
