Front Office

We sit right here at No.199 on 6th Cross in Ramamurthynagar. It is a busy little spot on Vivekananda Road where things are always moving. Most days, we are just managing the desk and making sure everything runs okay for people coming through. It is not a fancy place, just a desk and some chairs near Doorvani Nagar Post. We get a lot of locals dropping by to ask questions or get stuff sorted. Being in this part of Bangalore means there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. My desk has a few folders and a computer that sometimes takes its time to start up in the morning. We handle the paperwork and direct folks where they need to go. It is pretty simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break to talk about the weather or the traffic. The 560016 area is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. If you find the cross road, you will find us easily enough. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the papers pile up when it gets crowded. It is just how it goes in a small office like this one. We have been here for a while and know most of the people who walk past our door every day.
