About Front Office Supervisor – Tourism in Bengaluru
You can find us over at No. 226 in the Annapurna Complex, which is right there in Deepanjali Nagar along the Mysore Road. It is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the buses and trucks passing by outside. Being the front office supervisor means I spend most of my time right near the entrance, watching people come and go. The complex itself is older and has that specific smell of concrete and paper. We do not have any fancy decorations, just a counter and some ledgers where we keep track of everything. The light in the hallway flickers a bit sometimes, but we are used to it by now. My desk is usually covered in notes and little scraps of paper with phone numbers on them. It is a lot of greeting people, directing them to the right floor, and handling whatever issues pop up during the shift. Sometimes people are in a hurry and get a bit impatient, but that is just how it is on Mysore Road. We keep a water dispenser in the corner for the guests and a small fan to keep the air moving when it gets humid. It is just a basic office job where we make sure the daily operations run like they are supposed to without any major hiccups or problems.
