Front Office Asst/Recep

We’ve been at the Shenoy Building on Wheeler Road Extension for a good while now. It’s right across from the Canara Bank in Cooke Town. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town has changed a lot, but our little corner is still pretty much the same. We mostly handle the front desk and reception tasks here under the name Front Office Asst/Recep. It’s a small operation. Someone is usually always at the desk to take messages or handle the paperwork that comes through the door. The building itself is one of those older spots, 98/A, and it has a bit of character to it. It gets busy during the mornings when the bank across the street opens up. We don't really do anything fancy. It’s mostly about keeping things organized and making sure people get their questions answered when they walk in. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the traffic on Wheeler Road is backed up, which happens more often than not. We’ve got a routine down. The staff knows the regulars who stop by. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a plain office where we get the day’s work done. If you're looking for us, just look for the bank and we’re right there. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the extension address, but we manage. It’s just how things go around here in Cooke Town. We keep the files straight and answer the phones. That’s about it really.
