Front Office Assistant

We are located in Challagatta Village, which is near the Yemlur post office area. The business goes by the name Front Office Assistant, and we operate out of a modest building here. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the village roads and the way the lanes twist around. Most of our work involves handling the day-to-day administrative tasks and being the first point of contact for anyone coming in. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs, a desk, and a computer that sometimes takes a while to start up. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It's just a regular workspace where we spend our hours. The atmosphere is very local; you can hear the sounds of the village and the birds from the nearby trees. Sometimes it feels more like being in someone's house than a professional office. We don't have fancy perks or a break room with snacks. We just bring our lunch and eat together when there’s a gap in the work. It’s a very grounded way to work. We deal with the paperwork and the phone calls as they come in. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work being done by people who live in or around Bangalore. It gets the job done without any extra drama or high costs.
