Front Office Assistance & Sales

If you head over to Srinagar, you can find us at No. 26 in the Kallappa Block. We are situated on the 12th Cross, right off the 2nd Main road. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to these streets, but it’s a nice local spot once you find us. Our main work is helping people with front office tasks and handling some sales stuff on the side. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a small team working out of this space. The office isn't very large, so we all know each other pretty well. We have some chairs for people to sit if they come in, but it’s mostly just us at our computers. The street outside is usually quiet until the schools let out or people start coming home from work. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Some days the phones ring a lot, and other days we spend more time filing papers and cleaning up the workspace. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We’ve been in this building for some time and it has its quirks, like the door that sticks a bit in the rain, but it’s home to us. We just keep things moving and try to stay busy without making too much of a fuss.
