The shop is over on the first floor at 22 Indira Nagar 6th cross. We've been here in LBS Nagar 2nd Stage for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us dealing with various air conditioning units that stop working when the weather gets too hot. People call us up when their house feels like an oven and we go out to see what’s wrong with the vents or the motors. It gets pretty dusty sometimes and our hands are usually covered in grease or some kind of coolant fluid. We don't have a fancy office, just a workspace where we keep all the tools and spare parts for the machines. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day of carrying heavy tools back and forth. We just handle the repairs and the regular checkups that keep things running. It’s a lot of climbing ladders and looking at wires under the sun. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are if they need something fixed. We usually have the radio playing while we work on a unit brought into the shop. It isn't anything complicated, just honest work fixing what's broken so people can sleep better at night. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, but we try to keep the common stuff in stock. That's pretty much what goes on here at Freezetone Air Conditioning Engineers every day from morning until we lock up.
