Safina Universal

Safina Universal is located at 8/2 Rathan Singh Road in Frazer Town. It’s an old part of the city, and the building we’re in has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We like it here because it feels established. The morning air usually smells like coffee from the shops nearby, and there’s always someone walking past the window. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of old furniture and some newer equipment we’ve picked up over the years. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at keyboards that have seen better days. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually ends up greeting whoever walks in. Sometimes things get a little disorganized, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. We just work through the pile of folders on the desk and try to stay on top of things. The afternoon slump is real, so we usually take a break to get some tea from the corner. It’s a small operation, and we don’t have any grand plans to change that. We’re just comfortable in our spot on Rathan Singh Road, handling our daily business and dealing with the usual ups and downs of running a place in Frazer Town.
