We’ve been here in CV Ranammagar for a while now. Most days start pretty early because that's just how things go around this part of Bangalore. The street outside gets busy with people heading to work or classes as soon as the sun comes up. We keep the place running, making sure the rooms are open and things are ready for whoever walks through the door. It’s not a fancy setup at all, but it works for what we do here at Frankfinn Institute Of Hotel Management. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic makes everyone late, but we just deal with it. People ask why we picked this spot, and mostly it’s just because it’s where we ended up. You can see the sign from the road if you’re looking closely enough. We spend a lot of time sitting at the desks or walking the halls. It gets a bit loud when the batches change over and everyone is talking at once. There’s a tea stall not too far away where most of us go during breaks to get a quick drink. Bangalore is changing fast, but our little corner feels pretty much the same day to day. We focus on the tasks at hand, like paperwork or talking to the folks who come in to ask about what we do. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. Sometimes we rearrange the chairs in the main room just to make it look different for a change. It's just us, doing our thing here on the ground floor.
