Our training center is based in the Akme Ballet Apartments, specifically E-202, over at Doddennakundi Circle in Marathalli. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, especially with all the tech parks nearby. We focus on training people who want to work in the airline industry. It’s not just about flying, it’s about all the details that go into it. We have classrooms set up in the apartment block. It’s a bit of a different setup than a big school, but it works well for us. We spend our days teaching and helping students learn the ropes. The traffic at Marathalli can be a real pain, so we’re used to people arriving a bit late. We don't use fancy marketing terms to describe the classes. We just tell the students what they need to know. We’ve been here in Karnataka for quite some time. The staff here are mostly former cabin crew or people who’ve worked in travel. We drink tea during the breaks and talk about the industry. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a glossy brochure for everything. We just talk to people face-to-face.
