Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training, Bangalore

Our place is located on Spencer Road, inside the Medical Mission Secular Institute building. It is No. 29. Frankfinn has been in this part of Bangalore for quite some time now. We spend most of our days here with students who want to work in the airline industry as hostesses. It’s a lot of classes and practice sessions. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works fine for what we do every day. We have different rooms set up for the various parts of the training modules. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is arriving for their shifts or heading out for lunch. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just desks, chairs, and the equipment needed for the lessons. People come from all over the city to get to Spencer Road, and it’s a journey for some of them. The neighborhood is okay, just busy during the day. We see a lot of young faces every morning hoping to find a good career path. It’s hard work for them and for the staff too. We don’t really do big advertisements locally; people usually just find us by the address or through word of mouth. We focus on the daily schedule and making sure everything runs. Getting everyone here on time is usually our biggest hurdle. Bangalore traffic never makes it easy for anyone. We just stay focused on the training. It’s a straightforward setup and we just keep at it.
