You can find Franco Cyber tucked away at 52 Frazer Town, specifically on Vivek Nagar 4th Cross. We’re right opposite the SBI branch there. Having the bank across the street makes it easy to give directions to anyone who hasn’t been here before. This part of Frazer Town has a lot of energy. There’s always people walking by or cars honking. Our shop is a bit of a mix. We have the computers set up for folks who need to use the internet or print out some documents. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons when students finish their classes. They come in for projects or just to hang out for a bit. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they get the job done. We’ve had the same old fans spinning on the ceiling since we opened. Sometimes they squeak, but you stop noticing it after the first ten minutes. It’s not a fancy "cyber cafe" like you might see in a mall. It’s just a local spot for local people. We handle a lot of small tasks, from scanning IDs to helping someone fill out an online form they don’t understand. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of clicking. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to fix a jammed printer or reset a router. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood. We just keep things running as best as we can every day.
