At Fourtek Systems Pvt Ltd, we’ve set ourselves up on the ground floor of Rama Residency. We are over in Shivaji Nagar, right on Hospital Road, so it stays pretty hectic outside with all the ambulances and people heading to their appointments. The building itself is number 37/38, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk right in without dealing with stairs or elevators. It’s a practical space, nothing too fancy to look at, just desks and computers and a lot of cables running along the walls. We usually have the door open to get some air, even though the street noise can be a bit much for us sometimes. Shivaji Nagar is a good central spot, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a short break from the screens. Our office doesn’t have those big glass walls or modern furniture you see in the magazines. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the projects we have going on. Some days are more disorganized than others, especially when we are in the middle of a big task, but we manage to find what we need eventually. It’s a simple operation run by people who just enjoy the work we do every day.
