We've been here in Banashankari 2nd Stage for quite some time now, right on Dr S S Rao Road. If you know the area, you've probably seen our sign near Sri Hari Kalyan Mantap. Most days it’s just the usual stuff—people coming in for passport photos or wanting to get old family pictures printed. It’s a small space, but we keep it organized as best as we can. My father started things here years ago, and I just took over because it’s what I know. We use these printers that sometimes act up when it gets too humid, but we manage to fix them. The morning starts with dusting the glass counters and checking if the cameras are charged. People come by after weddings at the mantap nearby, looking to get things sorted out. It’s not fancy or anything. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we usually grab a glass while waiting for prints to finish. It gets busy during the marriage season, and the noise from the road never really stops. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the software and the lights. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. That’s just how it is around here. We try to be honest about how long things take. It’s a job like any other, keeping us busy from morning till the shutters go down at night.
