Forvol International Services Limited

We are based out of a flat in Segalli Village, which is right near the Shell petrol pump in Bangalore. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a services company, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different international logistics and travel-related services from this office. It’s basically a converted apartment, so it feels a lot more like a home than a workplace sometimes. There are about four of us here most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, coordinating things for people moving around or shipping stuff. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays at the ports or with the airlines. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through referrals or because they live nearby. We like being near the petrol pump because it’s a good landmark for people trying to find the building. The village area is growing fast, but we’ve been in this flat for a while. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around the dining table which we use as a desk. It’s honest work and we keep it simple. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just help people get things from one place to another. It takes a lot of patience, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes.
