Our office is situated at number 47 on 2nd Cross in the Hosur area of Bangalore. It’s right on the edge of the city, which makes for an interesting mix of people coming by. A lot of human resources type work happens here at Fortunehrsolutionspvt.Lid. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, looking through resumes or talking to people about jobs. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it feels a little cramped when everyone is in at once. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations. There are some old posters on the walls and plenty of stacks of paper. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Being helpful to the people who walk in looking for work or advice is what we aim for. Hosur Road is always busy, so the sound of traffic is pretty much the background noise of our day. We aren't trying to change the world. Helping people find where they fit in the workforce is enough. It’s practical, everyday work. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes order snacks from the vendor down the street. It’s a simple life. Without a big corporate handbook, we just use our common sense and try to be fair to everyone. Being based in Bangalore means there is always something happening, and we just keep pace with it as best as we can. Every day brings something new through that door on 2nd Cross.
