Focus India Pvt Ltd is located in Bangalore at Door No 2 of the Narayanappa Building, which is over in Nagavar Pallya, Cv Raman Nagar. This part of Bangalore has changed a lot over the years, but our building stays pretty much the same. It’s a solid old place. We are on the 62nd plot if you’re looking at the map. Inside, it’s a typical office. We have desks, some computers that are a few years old, and a lot of folders. We deal with various business operations and management stuff. The street outside can get quite jammed with bikes and cars, especially in the evening. We usually have the windows shut to keep the noise out, but you can still hear the city. Our staff is a mix of young people and some who have been here since the start. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on doing the work properly. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about the local news or the traffic. It’s a very grounded workplace. No one is trying to impress anyone else. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home on time. It’s just a regular office in a busy part of town. We try to keep the water cooler filled and the lights on.
