Focplusi

Down here at Basaveshwara Nagar 2Nd Main, things are usually moving pretty fast. Our place is at 2Nd Stage 484, which is a spot we’ve grown quite fond of over the months. Focplusi isn't a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a few of us working together in a space that feels more like a home than a traditional office. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit creaky when you head up, but it has character. We spend most of our time at our desks, often losing track of the hours because there’s always something that needs finishing. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially during the evening rush when everyone is heading home. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in some dust. It’s a simple way to work, really. We don’t go in for fancy meetings or long presentations. We just get on with the tasks at hand. There’s a small tea stall just a short walk away where we take our breaks. You get to know the faces of the people living nearby, and that makes the whole area feel familiar and safe. Our workspace is filled with stacks of papers and a couple of old monitors that have seen better days. It’s not perfect, but it works for what we do every day.
