Our office is located at 69 Lavelle Road in the Keshav Puram area, right on Lawrence Road. If you are looking for us, we are situated above Hotel Aiwas. It is quite easy to spot once you get into the rhythm of the street traffic around here. We are also tucked behind the Ismail Sait Mosque, so the calls to prayer are a regular part of our day. Fly Tours & Travels has been operating out of this spot for some time now. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people asking about different routes or ticket prices. It gets pretty busy around the holidays but that is just the nature of this business. We have a lot of maps and schedules pinned up on the walls because it is easier than looking everything up on a screen sometimes. The stairs leading up above the hotel can be a little narrow but they get you where you need to go. Being in this part of town means there is always something happening outside the window. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to the mosque or the hotel. It is a lively neighborhood to work in and we like being right in the middle of it all. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without making a big fuss or using fancy words. It is just a regular travel office doing its thing.
