We are located in the Muniswami Building over on Basappa Road. Our part of the neighborhood is called Poojarappa Garden, which is right in the Shanthi Nagar area of Bangalore. Shanthi Nagar is always buzzing, especially with the bus station not too far away. We do travel work here for Flightraja, which means we are always looking at flights and maps. The building is an older one, and our office has that specific smell of old paper and electronics. It is not a polished space by any means—we have got posters of destinations on the walls that are a few years old and the carpet is a bit worn out in the high-traffic areas. We spend a lot of time on the phones, especially when there are flight delays or cancellations that need fixing. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where we usually go to get away from the screens for a bit. The desks are a bit cluttered with notes and chargers, but we know where everything is. It is a functional place to work. We do not have fancy coffee machines or a lounge area, just a few plastic chairs for visitors. Most people who come by are just dropping off documents or picking up their travel plans. It is a busy, unpretentious office where we just focus on getting people their tickets and getting through the day.
