Flight Rajas

We are a small group based right here in Bangalore. We don't have a big fancy office in a mall or a skyscraper. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks in a quiet corner of the city handling travel bookings and flight details. It’s not a complicated operation, really. We just use our computers and phones to get people where they need to go. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but usually, it’s just the sound of typing and the fan overhead. We started this because we knew our way around the booking systems and figured we could help people out. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. We keep our notes on scraps of paper and try to remember everyone's names when they call back. It’s a bit informal, maybe, but we get the job done without any fuss. The office has a few old maps on the walls that are a bit faded, but they remind us of where everyone is heading. We like the work because it's different every day. One day it's a simple trip, the next day someone needs a complicated route. We just take it as it comes and do our best to stay organized in our own way. The coffee here isn't great, but it keeps us going through the afternoon rush when the tickets need to be issued.
