Flextronics Software Systems

You can find us at 809, 5th Cross, inside the building known as Sarojjmanilaya. We’re right on RJS College Road in the Marathahalli area of Bangalore. It’s a very active neighborhood, mostly because of the college students and the shops that line the streets. We are Flextronics Software Systems. The office is pretty basic, which is exactly how we like it. We have our desks arranged so we can easily chat and help each other out when a project gets complicated. It’s mostly software work here, so it involves a lot of concentration, but we always make time for a break and some conversation. We like being in this part of town because everything we could possibly need is right outside the door. The building itself is a local landmark for us, and everyone in the area seems to know it. We aren't the type of company with expensive suits and polished boardrooms. Most of us just wear what's handy and focus on getting our tasks finished. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs and count it as our exercise for the day. It’s all part of the daily routine here. We have a good group of people who are good at what they do, and we just keep things moving forward one step at a time without making a big deal out of it or using slogans.
