Flextronics Software Systems

Our office is located at 116, 17th Main in BTM 2nd Stage. If you’re familiar with Bangalore, you know BTM is a real hub for all kinds of people, especially students and folks starting their careers. It’s always buzzing with energy. We are Flextronics Software Systems, and we occupy a modest space that fits right into the neighborhood. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and servers. The 17th Main road is usually packed with traffic and people heading to the nearby markets, so there's always something to look at out the window. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people working on their computers and the occasional meeting in our small conference room. We aren’t big on formality here. You’ll mostly see us in casual clothes, just trying to stay comfortable while we work through our software projects. We have some favorite local eateries nearby that we visit almost every day for lunch. It’s a good way to support the local shops and get away from our screens for a bit. The team is pretty close, and we help each other out when things get busy. We don’t have any grand mission statements to share. We just come in, do our best with the software, and head home to our families. It’s a typical Bangalore work life, and we’re happy with it because it feels real.
