Our office at No. 181 on the Outer Ring Road is right by the Panathur Post area. If you have ever driven on this part of the Ring Road, you know exactly how the traffic moves. It is a very busy stretch and we are right in the thick of it all. Flextronics Software Systems Ltd. has been operating here for a while. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose for us. We have quite a few windows that look out onto the main road, so we get to watch the world go by all day long. It is mostly software work that keeps us occupied here. We have our little routines, like everyone getting their tea at the same time in the afternoon. There are no fancy lounges or game rooms in our office. We just have our desks, chairs, and a few whiteboards for notes. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, and the view of the traffic lights on the road is actually pretty nice at night. Most people around here just know us as Flextronics and they know where to find the building. We get a lot of packages delivered because the location is so central. It’s a very practical spot for a business to be. We don’t spend time on decorations or making the place look fancy for visitors. We are more focused on getting the work done right.
