Flextronics Software System

We are based out of Laxmi Layout in Munekolala, right near the Marathahalli area. If you’ve ever spent time in this part of Bangalore, you know the traffic at the junction can be a real headache, but we’ve learned to plan our lives around it. Our office for Flextronics Software System is at 24th, 1st Cross. It’s a software setup, which basically means a lot of people sitting in front of monitors with their headphones on. It’s not the kind of place with fancy perks or a designer interior. We just have our desks, some old whiteboards, and a coffee machine that gets used way too much. The office feels pretty relaxed. There are stacks of manuals and notebooks everywhere, and the walls are a bit plain. We’re a mix of developers and support folks who just want to make sure the code works right. Marathahalli is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy outside our windows. We usually head out in small groups for a quick chai at the stall down the street when we need a break. We don’t care much for corporate titles or formal meetings. We just sit down, figure out the problems, and try to finish our work so we can get home before the next rain shower starts. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in 560037. It's just what we do.
