Indiranagar is a pretty busy part of Bangalore, and that is where you will find Flexiworks India Pvt Ltd. We don't have a massive sign out front, so you have to look for us. The area is full of shops and cafes, which is nice when we need a break from the office. Our space is just a regular office setup. We have desks, chairs, and some old shelves that we’ve had since we started. It’s a bit of a mix of people here. Some have been with us for years, and others are newer. We don’t really go in for the big corporate culture thing. It’s more about just getting the work done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The traffic in Indiranagar can be quite something, so we’ve all learned the shortcuts by now. Inside, it’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing or someone on the phone. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoons get long. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we try to stay on top of things. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s a good location for us because everything we need is close by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby; we just focus on the folders on our desks. It works for what we do and how we like to work.
