Fleximage Technologies

Our office is tucked away at 57, 5th Main, 6th Cross in the RPC Layout part of Vijayanagar. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with some small businesses, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Fleximage Technologies started with just a couple of desks and some old computers. Now we have a few more people, but the vibe hasn't changed much. We use the 6th Cross entrance mostly because it’s easier for parking. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of monitors and a lot of cables running along the floor. We aren't big on decorating the walls or having fancy furniture. Most of us just want a comfortable chair and a good light to work by. We take turns making coffee in the small pantry, and sometimes we go out for a walk around the layout when we need a break from the screens. Vijayanagar has some good food spots nearby, so lunch is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don't have a big corporate structure here; if someone has a problem, they just shout across the room to get help. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve stayed in this same spot for years because we like the neighborhood and the people around here. It feels like home more than a typical workplace.
